At Herbloom, we ensure high-quality products and maintain strict hygiene standards. As our products are consumable, returns are handled through an approval-based system.


1. Return Request Process

Customers must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery through their account or by contacting us.

To request a return, you must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return (select from predefined options)
  • Clear images of the product showing:
    • Outer packaging
    • Seal condition (must be intact)

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.


2. Return Eligibility Criteria

A return will only be approved if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The thermal seal is intact
  • The packaging is in original condition
  • The return request is raised within 5 days

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Return Approval & Rejection

After reviewing your request:

  • ✅ If approved: You will receive return instructions
  • ❌ If rejected: Reason will be communicated clearly

Herbloom reserves full authority to approve or deny any return request based on product condition and submitted proof.


4. Return Processing Fee

  • A return processing/shipping fee may be applicable depending on the reason for return
  • This fee must be paid before initiating the return shipment
  • Payment details/link will be shared after approval

No return will be processed without completing the required payment (if applicable).


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product is received
  • The product passes inspection and quality checks

Conditions for refund:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed
  • Product must match the images submitted during return request

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • Product has been opened or used
  • Seal is broken or tampered
  • Return request is raised after 5 days
  • Product is damaged due to customer handling

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide images/videos as proof

In such cases:

  • No return fee will be charged
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
